Dealing Bad Breath Anywhere You Are
We cannot always bring our toothbrush to fight bad breath. Sometimes you may forget to bring your breath freshener, and it may be a trouble when those unexpected someone will talk to you. Brushing can help stop bad breath but not always because every time we eat our food, the bacteria production rate will increase that will lead to dental problems. Too much brushing may also endanger our teeth because some substances in common toothpaste can make our mouth dry and reduce saliva production. Saliva is our mouth’s natural defense because it consist enzymes that eliminates bacteria. There are findings about the essential oils of peppermint, spearmint and almonds that can decrease the effects of those odor-producing bacteria in our mouth. These will help prevent bad breath without affecting our saliva production rate.
