Sleeping is very important not only among adults but to everyone. With the healthy babies they should be laid down on their back to sleep and not on their bellies to avoid the risk of SIDS or Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. And they usually sleep of about two-thirds in a day. For some of us and many individuals are not any more enjoying such healthy sleeps but it is not given importance since sleeping healthy doesn’t seem critical for them. But today it is already seen a problem because lack of sleep or cannot sleep at all leads into serious health issue.
