The Main Causes Of Constipation
Most people think that food is the major causes of constipation but if we think that constipation is caused simply by what we eat, and then it is easier to think that the condition is controllable and no serious medical threat. In many causes, the cause of constipation is not related to food but is due to some other factor, such as: recent travel, withholding bowel movement, dehydration, abusing laxatives, and using medications. However, despite all of these other potential sources, the fact remains that diet is often at the root of chronic constipation problems. A diet that is rich in saturated fats and processed foods will slow the digestive system and lead to feces and waste accumulating along the walls of the colon. Blockages are a very common source of constipation problems for people after they turn forty. Using a bowel cleansing product periodically should help keep the colon clean and stop blockages.
