REMEDY FOR CONSTIPATION
We do not bother constipation as a serious heath issue. It is always taken for granted. But we must know the bottom cause why we are experiencing constipation. When we intake food, nutrients are absorb during digestion and usually waste is always produced. Solid waste passes through the colon and the liquid waste in the bladder. When these wastes create pressure to the body then it is time to eliminate through bowel movement and urination. The normal flow and regular cycle will not be disturbed if there is no colon constipation. If there is blockage caused by the hardened solid wastes inside the intestine then surely you’ll experience constipation.
We need to eliminate solid waste in the colon because these are toxins that cause illness in the body. Medical doctors have remedies to cleanse colon where water is used but then this is not a good treatment option. There are some laxative tea and oils to relief colon constipation but again it can’t guarantee a total cleanse of the colon because if there are already herniated pockets which other feces are trapped it can’t already be reach by the effect.
If you really need to remove the cause of constipation, the entire digestive system should be clear. We need to flush the gastrointestinal track with bowels and hard feces out from the intestines. But we should be aware that there are some cleansers containing harsh chemicals that will cause dehydration and harmful effects to the body. It is advisable that we try to find colonic cleansers that have natural ingredients without any side effects. Constipation has no space if we naturally cleanse gastrointestinal track on a regular basis and change our lifestyle, eating the healthy food reach in fiber, drinking a lot of water and regular exercise.
