Misc grill purchasing notes
The selection of grills number in the hundreds. A trip to the hardware store will only give you a small fraction of the total number of available grills knowing how much you want to spend will help in your decision making process. Here are some random notes in that regard:
- Please note that not all “stainless steel” grills will resist rust. Some that have painted steel frames that could still be vulnerable.
- There are advantages to smaller grilles, in that they can get hot quicker, and with lower BTUs.
- Although more and more grills do these days do have a natural gas option many lower priced grills simply don’t.
- You can’t run a gas grill on propane or visa versa but many grills can be purchased in either configuration.
